the room was really good, clean, and very spacious. the restaurant provided great food. the staff was very professional and also friendly. i appreciate the really good customer service and cooperative staff, who.

i found the pool to be unheated, so no one was using it .

mixed feelings about the experience

slow draining fluctuating shower

i am always trying to be fair in my reviews, but i must admit this visit wasn't stellar. the room seemed a bit worn. the sink drained slowly and the shower temperature fluctuated annoyingly. it was nothing terrible, but definitely not the seamless stay i anticipate at this price point. i expected a bit more attention to detail.

I loved the quick check-in process. Rose greeted me with local cava! my terrace room provided lovely views, a highlight. the room service food was amazing!!! a large variety and large portions were provided. the poolside restaurant had a great view of the city.

i found that some of the furniture was old and worn. the initial warm welcome from staff was very short and hurried. the double sink in the bathroom was partially blocked. the toilet had an unpleasant odor.

I encountered a significant issue with the air conditioning unit. it emitted a persistent, loud humming noise throughout the night. This made restful sleep impossible. also the promised shuttle service had unreliable scheduling. this caused unexpected delays and inconveniences when traveling to various points.

cava offer early check-in amazing views

we checked in early and they allowed us to access our room immediately. i was offered cava upon arrival, it was a nice touch. our beautiful double or twin room sea view had amazing views.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high. Water was expensive!
